Con una diferencia en recurr local a 10 añ entre Rt (0.9) vs no Rt (9,5),sin alcanzarse el plateau, con lo q conlleva una recaída en términos emocionales, posible mayor agresividad del tumor y peor coste eficiencia, la RT sigue teniendo plena indicación en este escenario
