@Sector_6_ I’ve been running a 40 second intro sequence for the past year or so. Long enough for Discord bots to ping up the stream and ping servers, not so long that people get bored.

Bad opinion, there are many reasons for using a starting soon screen.
Some people take the piss yes but a short (less than 10 mins) starting screen gives time for viewers to get in AND lets me run my first ad break so I get an hour without pre roll.
Plus when else am I going to sit there picking my nose?

MY OPINION, “starting soon” screens are pointless. You started your stream, why should I wait even longer? It’s a waste of my time & I’m sure it’s the same for others. Plus people get bored easily & wont wait around so now you’re losing viewership. Do what you want to do, there’s no hate from me but I won’t be there when you first start your stream or I’ll leave & come back later when you’re actually there. Honestly, starting soon screens are just so graphic designers can make more money 😭

@Genius_James_ @C418 Unfortunately it's not safe to use game soundtracks in videos because of false covers with content ID. It's getting to the point where if any safe song gets popular, someone will exploit it.

@Genius_James_ @C418 Wet Hands has been claimed on mine, as well. They claim that the Wet Hands in the game is a cover of these covers, even though it's the original. Someone is copyrighting covers.
