@CONEY The switch 2 is nearly a year old and still doesnt have a game that feels like it "defines" the console. The only two that come close are MKW and DKB, and even then it feels like they disappeared from the public eye way too quickly to really count. The system badly needs its BotW

@PaPaSea11 This looks awesome!! My only advice would be possibly swapping Arcanine for Basculegion, since Manectric checks basically all the same boxes (intimidate, coverage against flying types), and Basc can take INSANE advantage of the rain from Pelipper. Good luck on the ladder!!

I finally built my hisuian decidueye team. I lost the first three games I played with it. not sure if it’s a skill issue, team issue, or both

@Pondmann Thats so real, I'd suggest Archaludon if you're running a rain team, or Sylveon otherwise, they're both really solid special attackers and can slot in super easy to nearly any team!

@GennaroGGG Nice, I'll have to fool around with it a little, maybe, I'm already running Tailwind so this will be cool. It only needs 95 speed to outspeed Timid Mega Froslass in Tailwind so thats pretty cool. I'm just insanely physically offensive at this point and I need a special attacker

Managed to take Deci all the way to masterball tier, with three pretty solid win streaks. Team would objectively be way better with basc instead of gren, but new toy syndrome took over :3 #pokemonchampions

@Pondmann You're gonna hate me for this but it was a complete accident, it was the one mon I forgot to adjust. It survives a mega froslass blizzard (unless it's modest, then it's a roll in our favor), and d-gleam from mega Floette, but I'd probably invest more in speed for tailwind strats

@GennaroGGG Interested in trying this Decidueye build out, can you explain what the specific bulk investment is for? I run a Mega Feraligatr team and I've found that I almost never bring my Sinistcha so I was thinking about another Grass type to use

@PaPaSea11 Could be a really cool concept! Most pelipper I've come across are running focus sash, which is something to bear in mind. If positioned right (in tailwind) you could even take down Charizard Y, which is another major threat for decidueye. Can't be certain until you test it out!!

@GennaroGGG what do you think about a fast electric type to handle other pelippers and flying types? I really wanna try mega manectric alongside it

VGC friends: I can not stop thinking about hisuian decidueye. how does this look for a start for the team? I'm thinking mega manectric can handle flying types if led with decidueye, scarf rotom can volt switch on a pelipper, and basculegion can just sit in the back and steal wins

Some notes: Deci basically functioned as my anti-incineroar button, I'd usually lead with it and sneasler, have sneasler fake-out first, and triple arrows would finish it off. I used H-Arc instead of incin myself to get early rock slides against charizard Mega Gren is cheeks :(
