@PacBio 4/ What does this mean for cost per sample? It means: At 10M read depth (6-plex), it is now $325 USD per sample (at list price) from cDNA generation to sequencing. At 5M read depth (12-plex), it is now $243 USD per sample.

@coregenomics @ambulanzen I'm also struggling with this. Feels like the scientific community just scattered and now there isn't a unified place to communicate. I'm not sure boycotting the platform has done anything other than make it harder for the community to share ideas.
