@nealrogers @amrook Reroute was exactly what they did in 2018. Delayed start by 30min due to thunderstorms and then did an on-the-fly reroute around heinous mud section.

Good read by @amrook. Life Time's Kimo Seymour is right, of course, that they can't control the weather. However he doesn't address whether or not Life Time could have simply detoured around the mud bog at Mile 11 that destroyed so many bikes, ended so many races.

A lot of people always complain about Unbound coverage but if I was a billion dollar company putting on the biggest gravel race of the year I'd probably get at least a couple of these.

Live coverage of U23 MTB WC’s is a huge step forward for the sport. Massive visibility for athletes but also for sponsors supporting these developing athletes. Also pretty cool to be able to finally watch a couple kids from my hometown race. 🇨🇦

I like seeing an open Short Track course which makes it exciting and fair depending on wherever you start but I would have loved to see a few more corners, change in pace, to encourage some attacks. With constant high speed saving energy for last lap sprint was inevitable today.

Enjoy watching bike racing but always frustrating listening to guy who legally threatened a fellow Canadian to take down his own story about what he personally witnessed back in the day and intimidated Velonews into not publishing an expose story about MTB doping back in the 90s.

Had a weird hockey dream. Came out of penalty box, flipped puck up and caught it in my teeth, skated down and dove head first into net to score the winning goal. There must be rule against this right???

Coolest thing about watching @aliACTIONjackso win Paris-Roubaix is that she didn't get lucky, she f@#$ing earned that incredible moment. Went on the attack, animated the break, did the work, rode to the end, and had the confidence to position herself to win sprint. Congrats.

Favourite comedies these days are e-bike ads I get targeted with on Youtube. Sometimes they feel like a great mocumentary and I can't stop watching. My favourite was the one that bragged about how bike is only legal in America and love the ones featuring sons funded by rich dads.

Good perspective that I think a lot of people should hear. These conversations do more to build the sport and athletes up than an overdramatized video series. Listened to this podcast and applaud Sofia's willingness to speak up for herself, women, and other athletes interests.

Then continues his own-goal by not knowing you’ve already spoken with her. Geoff, guessing you’d feel differently if there were a group that infringed on and materially impacted your own career.
