@FlyAirNZ hello @FlyAirNZ it is impossible to contact you at the moment. No response to emails, calls (on hold for several hours) or DM's on twitter. How are we meant to find out about status of our lost bags (no updates on online portal)?

@FlyAirNZ I know it's a tough time with the weather delays, our bags are stuck in Auckland after missing a connection at LAX. I can see exactly where they are in the airport and were meant to arrive in chch today, but didn't arrive. I've been on hold 3hrs

@HBOMaxHelp Yep. I’ve followed those instructions, still can’t access downloads without a wifi connection. There is an error message at the bottom of the screen saying you need to be connected to the internet and you can’t dismiss the message. It’s clearly a bug.

@hbomax your app is by far the worst UX of any streaming service. Downloaded content isn’t accessible unless you have a WiFi connection? What’s the point. And downloaded content often randomly disappears.

Why when people say “colaborate” do they just mean they want something from me?

@FlyAirNZ I received an email about a flight change and can’t confirm online, so I have to call - the wait time is 1h15m! How come I have to wait on the phone for a change you made to my booking? Can’t someone call me instead?
