@FlyAirNZ I know it's a tough time with the weather delays, our bags are stuck in Auckland after missing a connection at LAX. I can see exactly where they are in the airport and were meant to arrive in chch today, but didn't arrive. I've been on hold 3hrs

@HBOMaxHelp Yep. I’ve followed those instructions, still can’t access downloads without a wifi connection. There is an error message at the bottom of the screen saying you need to be connected to the internet and you can’t dismiss the message. It’s clearly a bug.

@hbomax your app is by far the worst UX of any streaming service. Downloaded content isn’t accessible unless you have a WiFi connection? What’s the point. And downloaded content often randomly disappears.

As someone who wears flip flops on a daily basis, I’m torn on the use of them at airports. Pro - hyper efficient at security. Con - the floor at the airport is gross. Overall, wearers choice though so go nuts. Please just don’t clip your toenails on the plane…
