🚨 Keir Starmer’s authoritarian flex has exposed Labour’s contempt for accountability. He is imposing a three-line whip on his MPs to block any referral to the Privileges Committee over accusations he misled the Commons. Attendance is mandatory. Voting against the motion or abstaining means losing the whip. This isn’t leadership. It’s a desperate shield. When the PM uses the full machinery of party discipline to protect himself from scrutiny over honesty in Parliament, it says everything. Ordinary rules for thee, but not for Starmer. Parliament isn’t a Starmer fan club. MPs aren’t serfs. If the evidence warrants a Privileges referral, let it happen—no matter who is in No. 10. Instead, the Labour machine is prioritising one man’s survival over basic democratic standards. Hypocrisy on stilts. The public deserves better than this protection racket dressed up as governance.

Keir Starmer has imposed a three-line whip on Labour MPs to oppose the motion referring him to the Privileges Committee for misleading parliament. In effect, he is threatening Labour MPs who abstain or vote for this with suspension. Absolutely disgraceful. And typical of him.
