Let's be honest Chelsea's problems have nothing to do with the coach or the players. The issue starts at the top and that's where the change needs to happen. The management has failed this club. Not just this season, but the entire project has been a disaster. Spending hundreds of millions with nothing to show for it isn't bad luck it's bad leadership. Submitting resignations isn't just the right thing to do, it's the only honourable thing left. And please, don't come to us talking about a new coach in the summer or "better quality signings" that is an insult to every fan who has stood by this club. We've heard that story before. New coaches, new players, same dysfunction. Because the rot isn't on the pitch, it's in the boardroom. Chelsea needs new ownership. Full stop. Until that changes, nothing changes. The fans need to stand together and make their voices heard because if we don't fight for this club, nobody will. We deserve better. Chelsea deserves better.
