#TAYO2026 Yesterday we Engaged in the Multisectoral TWG meeting in Mombasa, contributing to the review of the Mombasa AYP Strategy and 5-year HIV epidemiological trends—prevalence, incidence, mortality, EMTCT, and Triple Threat indicators.

The meeting centered around strengthening and synergizing efforts aimed at addressing the Triple Threats among adolescents and young people in Mombasa County.

Yesterday, we joined @NCPD_Kenya , @nsdcc_kenya and other key stakeholders for a County Technical Working Group on ending the Triple Threats and enhancing HIV response among young people. #TAYO2026 #Amplifying4Change #FunFriday

Through the session, the participants shared their experiences on the current environment on YFS, the gaps, standard of the services and the existing challenges. A joint Action Plan to address issues that came up was developed. Thanks to @NAYAKenya for supporting the activity.

The event also centred around the recently released report by the National TWG on GBV and Femicide and also other gender cross cutting issues that hamper adolescent girls and young women from fully exploring their Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights.
