@VisitingBoise Yes, the annexed almost everything down to Victory road to increase the city's population before the 202 Census count. Took so much flack from the legislature and residents that there has been no stomach for doing it again, although the City could based upon sewer service.

One of the most vocal Masterson supporters on being "disenfranchised" lives in Ada County, in the area in the blue box, which is 7500 feet (about a mile and a half) as the crow flies to Boise, but only 6500 feet to Kuna. Should we tell them?

I've said it before. You want to know what Idahoans value? Let them vote. They will almost always vote against extremism, and vote for common sense. The talking heads and conflict entrepreneurs have no real power. And that's why they rage.
