And even if there was an agenda, what would it be? To reduce things like traffic &pollution? Sounds awful!

If it’s a regular occurrence where hundreds/thousands of accidents were being caused, it would likely be recorded.

@DaveHerman1950 @richmtb77 @BeverleyMLShea @JeremyVineOn5 @shaziamirza1 @adepstein1 @theJeremyVine I would suggest the amount of accidents caused by cyclists ignoring the Highway Code is so minor it’s irrelevant. I can’t recall a time of ever having to whilst driving, although I have to swerve due to poor motorists on a near daily basis, which is why drivers are licensed.

Would you deny accidents have been caused by motorists swerving to avoid cyclists who have ignored the highway code? As cycling increases so will the danger. Too many cyclists selfishly ignore other road users.
