If you think Ken Paxton's odiousness makes James Talarico any better as a choice, then you don't understand why - as a Christian - I consider Talarico to be morally worse: a false counselor hiding behind claimed Christian virtue to lie lead his flock astray.

As is per our tradition, my husband and I voted today and then had breakfast together.
I voted for Paxton, Chip Roy, left RR commissioner blank and voted for Thomas Smith for Judge Court of Criminal Appeals, place 3.
I struggled with the AG race. As may of in my circle like and know Mayes Middleton. My own experience with Mayes, was that he was too weak to lead, needing others to take the first step, just as he did regarding signing the pledge to remove the covid vaccine from the market. Mayes only recently signed on to this, whereas @chiproytx led. This was the 2nd time I personally witness Mayes inability to lead.
We were the ONLY people in the our polling location at the time, and we were told only 15 had voted in that hour.
This is what happens when promises are made but not kept. It will be the same in during the mid-terms if we do not see an abrupt change from Trump.
