@GeorgiaRLS @gurucollects That's how it goes, though. There's no guarantee other than you'll get cards. A checklist is usually provided. I look it over, consider how badly it will go if my big card is THAT GUY or NOT THAT GUY or MY WORD NOT THAT GUY and then decide if I'm going to buy.

That may be fair, but that's never been offered in buying boxes of sports cards. Just as you may get a really expensive card, you may get next to nothing. I bought a Topps Chrome Black box last year. My guaranteed auto was......Brian Roberts. It happens. I had to consider that and decide if I wanted to go again, knowing I could get blanked.
