@jet2tweets_ @jet2tweets Hi John, please can you forward me that email as I have not received this. The last email I received of Jet2 was 23rd September which purposely referred to a different flight number. I replied to this email on 6th October and have not received anything since.

Dear @jet2tweets out of complete frustration with your Customer Service I'm now resorting to Twitter. Having filled out the delay form on 23rd June and replied to your email on 6th October, you still haven't sorted out my holiday compensation from a delayed flight.

@TPExpressTrains Hi, I am travelling from Lancaster to Manchester Piccadilly at 10:27 on Saturday 30th. If my train is cancelled which other train companies can I use? Can I get on a northern train or avanti? Thanks
