@ryanstanley22 @Naka1888c Really hard to disagree with the above. But that’s just it for me. Coaching is a feeling. Just like playing. Players are being over coached by coaches who are now being structured in a similar way. Imagine asking a kid how he/she likes to play and then supporting them 🤔

‘Jobs for the boys’ in Scotland is a cancer in our game that’s affecting player development up and down the country.

@laobianco @Naka1888c We will never see that stream again in our life time. Large concern, positionally academy players almost all look the exact same. We’ve better facilities, technology and science but have somewhat gone backwards re development. Doesn’t help kids play against each other till 20.

This Scotland side is an utterly dreadful watch. They are getting results, but I can’t see us beating Greece or Denmark playing like this. If we go to the World cup it will be the same as the Euros. Flat, cautious and on the back foot. Results might be everything but we are poor
