@BradenMTG We have them in the UK in a bunch of cities. Cardiff doing interesting things. Haven't introduced this yet, but planning to but spending the years before hand building new train lines etc to improve public transport. Good joined up thinking.

Data published by Welsh Government shows that in 2023-24, Powys County Council provided 37 Flying Start early years courses. There are around 1000 births every year in Powys. That is less than 4% of parents offered a course. Parenting courses offered by local authority
