Ridiculous. I'm trying to report a dog locked in a tin shed on an allotment which has been barking continuously for hours. IT IS IN DISTRESS, MAYBE LIFE THREATENING. @RSPCA_official are 'closed' - say contact police. Police say contact RSPCA or council. The dog may DIE overnight.
