I have come to the conclusion that people really do not care about having a good diet and loath the people who actually care about having a nutrient dense diet.
Fuck man. Basically everything in this picture is very unhealthy. People oddly think processed meat is healthy.

I actually love chicken thighs and rice.
Chicken and rice is one of the things I think everyone should know how to cook.
But, I actually have my favorite chicken and rice recipes saved in my recipe app and the ingredients for both costs $26 to make.
