Small lot of Feldpost covers from ww1/2 The fact the postcards themselves would cost substantially more that the simpler non-colored ones. The messages contained within were also more precious for the senders and recipients. Tough but amazing! @GermanPhilately #stamps #philately

A very nice cover from Italian Eritrea. The ship label maybe clues us in as to a possible route/tour? The Emden was a notable light cruiser in the German navy (Reichsmarine/Kriegsmarine) launched in the 1920s …cover headed to Stettin, Germany. @GermanPhilately #stamps #philately

Thank you @atticusfinch104. Researchers: Note the book 'Momento Dresden 1945' compiled by Gert Bürgel. This lists the names of those souls, and properties, killed & destroyed during the bombing of 1945. No.1 and No.10 (and others) on Borsbergstr. were destroyed. No.7 survived.

Agreed... It may have some educational value, e.g. creating an interest in philately by asking pupils to design an animated postage stamp during an art or IT class. Or our best known engravers could create such items... Crazy? Remember NFT digital stamps!!! Madness! 🤣

@GermanPhilately Fun as you say. If it can attract younger collectors, why not, but that remains to be seen. For me, in this particular case, there's no added philatelic value, just a passing curiosity. Nevertheless, AI can certainly be helpful in researching and showcasing a collection.👍
