@AvaSantina Sugar and other similar taxes are effective because they encourage industry reformulation and therefore aren’t passed onto the consumer - a win win

I’ve never understood sugar tax / obesity tax on cheaper, affordable fast food and not subsidies for healthy food? Wonder why first port of call is always punishment rather than something constructive
