@GoogleAIStudio Trying to create ZephyrRTOS USB-UART bridge firmware for ESP32-S3 to control DTR+RTS output while providing full compatibility with standard USB CDC serial applications and preventing unwanted resets when PuTTY is opened or closed. Proving impossible for any AI agent to get right

In Antigravity you choose your agent. I have just switched to Claude Sonnet 4.6 from Gemini Flash 3.5. Bloomin heck. The number of crap assumptions it makes is off the scale. Dumfounded. It appears incapable of doing embedded coding.

When things go wrong they really do go wrong in @antigravity 2.0. Start with a prompt, out pops a lovely implementation plan. Proceed. Then the fun happens... With one fuck up after another until a time is reached where nothing works. So much for the verification steps. Dream on.

The last of over 5,000 reinforced concrete segments has been lifted into position for the Chipping Warden 'green tunnel' - marking a major milestone for one of the longest 'cut and cover' tunnels on the project 👇🎥. Set to stretch for one-and-a-half miles, the tunnel is being built inside a cutting, with the earth put back on top afterwards, helping to blend the high-speed railway into the landscape and cut noise and disturbance for people living nearby. Until now, items worth €150 or less entered the EU duty-free. That exemption made sense decades ago, when buying from abroad was occasional. Today, billions of parcels flood the EU every year.

I'm beginning to like Antigravity 2. It's early days but finding it quite helpful. It reminds me of that trap we fall into when things are complex. Just make the process more structured and formal then you'll fool yourself into believing you're actually solving problems quicker.
