@Bethelofenugu It’s not manipulative, it’s the fact that anger stems from raw emotion, you don’t hold back your thoughts when you’re really angry, it is by definition the realest yourself you can be. That’s not saying your joy and kindness are fake, but anger is very much “the real you.”
