So what happens when a federal judge lies in his own memorandum opinion? This is from Judge Crenshaw's order dismissing criminal indictment against Kilmar Abrego for vindictive/selective prosecution. Crenshaw repeatedly insists the "government" closed the 2022 TN traffic stop investigation into Abrego--that is false. According to Crenshaw's own timeline, HSI Baltimore had opened an investigation into the traffic stop in Dec 2022. There is no indication that case was ever investigated or closed. Further, as DOJ noted in its response to Abrego's motion, the matter was never referred to the US Attorney's office. Crenshaw's misrepresentations constitute the basis of his argument Abrego was unfairly targeted by DOJ after he sued over his immigration status. If only Goodman had done his homework...

@julie_kelly2 This post isn’t accurate. Judge Crenshaw’s own order cites the HSI-Baltimore closing document. The case was closed out in April after Abrego was removed from the U.S., then re-opened after the SCOTUS decision. McGuire himself acknowledged this at the evidentiary hearing in Feb.

People are concerned about paying their mortgage or rent, affording groceries and paying for gas, not about putting together a $1.8 billion fund for the President and his allies to pay whomever they wish with no legal precedent or accountability. This is adding to our national debt. If there needs to be a settlement, the administration should bring it to Congress to decide.

We are ALL FAILING this country. Donald Trump needs to be removed from office. He should have been removed before the war started. He is mentally unwell. Forget the Jesus pictures. Forget the Pope. We can go through hundreds of examples. The sane washing — pretending this is normal — that's just the surface problem. The real problem is that we have willing accomplices. What we have in America right now is a complete failure of political elites to execute on the constitutional system that was built specifically for this moment. We are all accomplices to this man's reckless behavior. -Every senator who stays quiet. -Every executive who writes the check. -Every commentator who normalizes it. He needs to be removed from office and he won't be.

The amount of times a team with Donovan freaking Mitchell throws the ball out to Harden 30 feet from the basket with less than 5 seconds on the shot clock is pretty eye-opening. Harden was never supposed to come here and be 1.

I’m getting a ton of texts ripping into Harden but I thought his 3Q was the only reason they were in that game (on both ends). And he was like the only unafraid guy on the team. So many passed up shots by other guys (including Donovan and Strus) and that just can’t be.
