@Redfin BUYER BEWARE REDFIN website does not have accurate MLS information, my house is for sale, I’ve advised them over and over .. it’s saying not for sale on the website!! Ridiculous!! DONT TRUST THEM !

@Redfin your rental feeds do not sync even when the MLS is updated after days. You have to look into this. You were great until recently but now your feeds shows the listing updates 2 mins but never actually updates. You will lose prospects and that’s gonna hurt impressions

The median U.S. home-sale price hit a record $400,894 during the four weeks ending June 7, up 1.5% year over year. Prospective home sellers are backing off because homebuying demand has slowed down. Pending home sales ticked down 0.2% week over week during the week ending May 31–a small decline, but the third in a row. Mortgage-purchase applications fell to their lowest level in six weeks. “The market has been tilted in buyer’s favor for many months, but their advantage started to shrink last month.
