🇹🇳🌾Le ministère tunisien de l’Agriculture annonce une collecte de 12 millions de quintaux de céréales pour la saison 2025 : 8,3 millions de blé dur, 2,9 millions d’orge, 0,65 million de blé tendre. La campagne s’est déroulée sans incidents grâce à un renforcement du stockage (+1 million de quintaux), une évacuation précoce dès fin mai à Kairouan et la suppression des limites de charge pour les camions. Face au changement climatique, adoption de pratiques durables (rotation culturale pour la fertilité des sols) et sensibilisation des agriculteurs contre incendies et maladies. Ces 12 millions de quintaux couvrent 35-40% de la consommation annuelle tunisienne, estimée à 30-35 millions de quintaux. Les 12 millions de quintaux collectés permettent d’économiser 2 milliards de dinars en importations.
