@GetKoho, do you think you could give @sama a call & between the two of you-figure out why I'm unable to pay for anything @OpenAI-related, like @ChatGPTapp +, with my KOHO MasterCard? I've wasted way too much time and energy n emails with people who have no clue what's going on!

@GetKoho for those who are deciding whether or not to try KOHO, I just wanted to share my experience with their customers services. I’ve been a customer since KOHO came to life. I’d always be happy seeing how the product evolved every time it came out with something new. Recently, I have been victim of fraud and KOHO has been very harsh about how they are treating this situation. I’ve sent pictures and proof from my Microsoft account and how I haven’t made any of these transactions but KOHO is still being difficult by the authenticity of my proof and saying I’ve consented to being frauded. I’ve always been a loyal customer and now I feel like I’ve been pushed over the edge. #Koho #Fraud
