@ndaxio I just looked into it and it makes sense for the lightning network I guess. I was worried this withdrawal limit was the case for standard network transfers as well.

@buddima_d I think this was done due to the "Travel Rule" that was implemented. It's also per transaction, so you can technically do 10x 0.1 BTC withdrawals.

@ndaxio BTC Lightning withdrawal limits are a maximum of 0.1 BTC per transaction. BTC Lightning deposit limits are a maximum of 1 BTC per transaction. I don’t get this? Doesn’t seem very consumer focused if i can only pull 1/10th of my deposit value.

@ndaxio @chrisgoodm83218 @Cs77652194 I had someone use my email address to open a ticket to withdraw through NDAX’s help portal, they were given a ticket number from NDAX unbeknownst to me and I lost 2200 XRP. Something very suspicious inside and out.

@ndaxio In my opinion, NDAX showed very little accountability regarding suspicious activity on my account. Despite acknowledging possible unauthorized activity and email compromise concerns, I was advised the trades would not be reversed. #crypto #NDAX #CyberSecurity #Bitcoin

@chrisgoodm83218 @Cs77652194 There was a leak back in February through our KYC provider. Scammers hold on to info to be used at a later time, so its always best practice to be sceptical of any phone call or outreach.
