After Veterans Day, we helped a VA seller close an assumption for a VA qualified disabled vet who got to keep the low-rate loan (waived VA 0.5% assumption fee + appraisal). Seller turned around entitlement directly with VA to get a low-rate loan on new construction. @GetRetroRate
