Turn off the A9 at Clashmore onto A949, Continue on A949 onto Bonar Bridge, Go straight ahead onto A836 until Lairg, Turn right onto A839 and follow road until the Mound where you will be able to rejoin the A9.

@trafficscotland @NWTrunkRoads My parents are trying to get to Scrabster for the evening ferry but stuck in the queue south of Golspie (after making it through the diversion south of Slochd!). Will there be another diversion soon or should they be looking at hotels for the night 🤪?

@AXS_UK just been kicked out of the queue for #radioheadfanart tickets for being a bot. We're a family of 5 with 3 teenagers... 2 of us had codes which we needed due to be able to get 5 tix. We both finally got into queue only to be denied access at the last minute. Rubbish!!!

@EDCouncil I did notice today just how overly wide some pavements are in Westerton, perhaps a compromise in the long term would be to have a maximum width for pavements and therefore widen the roads in some streets (Henderland was the one which sprung to mind!).

Pavement parking is a particular issue for people with mobility issues, visual impairments, and parents or carers with prams and buggies. The legislation makes it illegal to park on the pavement in Scotland, as well as double parking and at dropped kerbs. orlo.uk/novEi

@EDCouncil given the new bin collection arrangements I wondered if residents could have an updated guide to what can be recycled? A comprehensive list of 'soft plastics' would be great as it's not clear what counts and what doesn't.
