I have decided to take part in the Leeds 10k for MNDA in memory of my Uncle Meirion and also as a tribute to Rob Burrow.Up until today I had not run more than approx 3k since having my knee op so this will be a bit of a challenge based on just over 2weeks to prepare. #mnda

Absolutely gutted for our little man, Lindsey all Rob’s family, friends and @mndassoc community. Suppose we knew it was coming,but nothing really prepares you for it. Never forget his cheeky smile and twinkle in his eye. Such a fighter on and off the field. Leaves huge legacy x
