Career update: This is my last month contributing to the @ethereumfndn. My time at the EF was full of great adventures. I was fortunate to work on a key part of the ecosystem: supporting founders. We helped tens of startups get funded, launched programs I'm proud of, and backed builders through all sorts of initiatives. Ethereum is a net good for the world. At a time when censorship and surveillance are at an all time high, it matters more than ever. Thank you to the ethereum community for the feedback and support that made these programs better. Started learning from this masterpiece. On day one, I gained a completely different perspective on marketing. Initially, I thought a marketer was someone who creates content, runs ads, and does content marketing. But now, I understand the psychology behind it. A marketer is someone who seeks a response, whether it’s attention, a purchase, a vote, or a donation, from a target audience.

i really want to create content consistently and document my life. but every time I think about starting, something holds me back. maybe it’s the fear of being judged.

i'm stuck at the point where my mind is resisting doing more research. am i cooked?

@IshitaaPandey there are a few founders who fail even after talking to users, simply because they’re obsessed with their own product, just like kodak.

most crypto projects don't fail because they couldn't scale/market. they fail because they tried to scale before finding PMF. before spending on KOLs or growth campaigns: - get your first users. - talk to them. - fix the problems. - understand why they churn. - Iterate. scaling a product people don't love just helps you burn money faster.

correct me if i’m wrong, but it feels like more businesses are investing in @Reddit because they want to improve their ai search visibility. feels like reddit is becoming a key distribution channel for the ai era.
