Universal HIGH INCOME via checks issued by the Federal government is the best way to deal with unemployment caused by AI. AI/robotics will produce goods & services far in excess of the increase in the money supply, so there will not be inflation.

I voted to extend TPS for Haitians because I cannot, in good conscience, send people who were lawfully granted protection here, followed our laws, and built lives under our rules back to rape, murder, and chaos in a lawless Haiti. Regarding the concept of universal income as a solution for AI, taking anyone’s job, I think it’s a terrible idea and that we would have so much suicide and depression. It would be unsustainable. Work is work. So we’re all gonna go get masters degree because we don’t have to show up to a job, but what would be the purpose of that just acquiring intellect? What percentage of the population actually does that? What percentage of the population is really being held back from running a marathon because they have to go to a job? I would say like 1%. So you’re gonna have a bunch of fat obese people with brain, rot, and depression because they have no meaning in life and most people are lazy. Maybe this is natural selection at its finest.
