Not going to lie, I thought the mental aspect of the 1-1 at the Emirates where City adapted to soak up pressure would’ve at least give them a leg up but no.. such a poor performance. Gyokeres shouldn’t have lasted 60 nevermind 90, absolutely no out-ball under pressure, lack of adaptations from Arteta late in the game. A really bad one from Arsenal.

There’s a new branch of “fans” that lean away from honest or partisan takes in order to keep being “in” with a certain circle. I’d like to call that circle the “Sky” circle. Something that enables them to look unbiased or smart , so they can sit with Gary Neville & Carragher and then after they can go on Saturday Social & put up a random card in a “combined 11” debate & get some extra YouTube time. It’s pathetic. I thought the troll culture was bad, but now people are selling their souls so they can smile with 19 other fans they don’t like, but they can piggyback off their clout.

He’s made constant takes on Arsenal from a perspective that makes him look like he wants the club to not do well, so he doesn’t look bias.
Then he revealed that he was a Man Utd fan & that explains why he kisses up to Scholes & Neville.
But the take that got everyone rattled was about Bruno. Which I think is a little harsh, but I understand why it’s added more to it.

@lukehands155 @Tigers_of_Old Still means you’re finding spots for Ross, TT, Hopper and Prestia.
TT can work as a pseudo-key/medium marking fwd, but realistically, how often are we going to see him there?
And that leaves the 3 others. Ross as a half fwd that comes up? Didn’t work that often last year.

@AnthonyGilberg Probably the biggest gripe I’ve had with Yze so far in his coaching career thus far. Need to make those tough decisions with Prestia and potentially Hopper.
Maybe things might be different if we’ve had Taj and Smillie fit, but even then, not sure.

Alger seems like someone who's a bit of a pseudo-tall with his jumping, but still quick enough at ground level to apply pressure.
Not sure we have anyone else with that kind of profile, and could balance out the fwd line better.
