I know I’m a half century late to this one, but it’s impossible to overstate how much better of a diss track Silver Springs was than Go Your Own Way. I can seriously not stop watching this same performance, every day, for 3 months, now. I think the 70s may have been peak American music. The faker the world becomes, the more authenticity is the only thing that resonates. No wasted suffering for Stevie Nicks, and that’s an achievement for the true artist.
