Doe Defendants in the Ethan Klein of the H3H3 productions lawsuit had their motion to quash denied by the judge today. This allows Ethan's company, Ted Entrainment (TEI), to subpoena Reddit and Discord to reveal the Doe Defendants' identity (mods of the r/H3Snark subreddit) to further take action against them, and to further discovery in his lawsuits with Denims and potentially Frogan. On Top of it, in the motion to quash, Doe Defendants requested a protective order against Ethan Klein just in case their motion to quash was denied. To which the judge also denied.
