@houseoffraser I bought a bag from you and it has been lost by Evri. I’ve been in contact with you about this but have not had a response. Please respond to me here with next steps.
I talked to Greg Sheridan of @australian (for the first time publicly) about becoming a lapsed atheist and embracing the Christian faith. I'm afraid it's behind a paywall (unlike Heaven), so here are the quotes in a thread: 1/17
@lewis_goodall As you say, a convincing victory for President Trump, even with the final vote share being narrower. Most impressive is the change vs. 2020. At c.50% of the 2024 vote vs. c.47% in 2020, the directional change is significant particularly given the challenging context for Trump.
Trump’s vote share is now at 49.9% with some votes still being counted. Looks like his margin over Harris will be around 1.5%- the third smallest winning margin since 1888.
Trump’s win was solid in the popular vote and electoral college. But it was not a landslide and it was not overwhelming.

Thank you to @WyHighAcademy for hosting an excellent South Norfolk hustings. It was great to have the opportunity to make the case for Conservatism here and in Westminster.
Credit to student Tom for the photography through the evening!
@GeorgieCalle@deirdrecostigan Okay. Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. Would be keen to get a sense of both of your views on issues during this campaign.
I’m in France at the moment and the frustration with the current approach is palpable from people I speak to. Let’s hope the UK does not purpose the same route. #COVID19#France#UKspectator.co.uk/article/the-mi…
Today, I celebrated Christmas early. The 25 homes I donated for homeless veterans were installed here in LA. It was fantastic to spend some time with our heroes and welcome them into their new homes.
Travelling to France tomorrow (obviously, I'm exempt from the ban on UK citizens). French bureaucracy is alive and well. 3 forms to fill in when 1 would have sufficed, and 2 have to be printed. Oh, and the C18 did not die entirely with the Revolution.⬇️
Thanks @DouglasKMurray. My pre-Christmas weekend will now be spent re-reading my collected edition of Hitchens’ essays. Should be fun for everyone around me!
