Disappointing behaviour from staff at Ealing Broadway @TfL There are signs everywhere about how you can ask for help to get over the unusually large gap. I was worried about my baby and asked for help with my buggy but was told "It's not that high, you can do it"

Wow the scammers are out! So far I've had 4 responses from unofficial BA accounts (and have responded to @British_Airways)

The customer service from @British_Airways has got even worse...I'm experiencing an issue caused by a glitch in the BA website and they have not resolved it and have been rude in the process, and closed my complaint without checking it had been fixed...!

Personal update: @MCBurrell and I will soon be going on mat/pat leave, and trying out a new kind of work! Thank you so much to everyone who has supported us as we prepare to welcome our baby

Admittedly one perk of the app is that we could see it was delayed even when Bordeaux airport was claiming it was on time. Terrible service

@alanhigham100 @British_Airways It's so bad! Glad we are just driving for our next trip. Now boarded and waiting for an *hour* to even take off. With the existing delay it will take longer than the flight itself to go from security to take off 🙄

@lauracrburrell @British_Airways Their website has been appalling for a year now with payment for a seat change going into a doom loop of failure.

Really disappointed with @British_Airways - in both directions I've been about to pay to change my seat and it's gone back to the homepage and the seat has gone. Also very poor that it asks for your preference (window or aisle) then puts you in the opposite so you have to pay

The appalling behaviour from @British_Airways continues. They got everyone on the plane after a significant delay, to the point of calling people by name *then* once the doors were shut they said we weren't taking off for an *hour*
