@Gibbon_82 you cannot stop anyone from releasing something on a public blockchain the best you can do is punish them if they do something illegal that's it

as always, permissionless technologies mean unrestricted use but not all use is necessarily good we can't stop scammers just like we stop the person storing their savings on public blockchains because their native currency is a disaster taking one means we must take the other
