When they shout “Globalise the intifada”, this is what it means: Jews, dead, in pools of blood, at a synagogue. People called for intifada tonight in London and Manchester. Nobody did a thing about it. Even now. So we all look to Downing Street and ask: what are you going to DO?

The people spewing obsessive conspiracy theories about Jews, Zionists and Israelis are not social justice warriors, they are hateful bigots who are feeding this madness and must be stood up to and told as much by ordinary decent people. Consider it an intervention not only for them but also for the sake of our country. Look at the depths that they have brought Britain to.
Campaign Against Antisemitism@antisemitism

We are absolutely heartbroken that this is how low Britain has sunk. This horrific act truly plumbs new depths. Hatzola is a volunteer-run ambulance service run by the Jewish community but catering to everyone, Jews and non-Jews alike, working with the NHS to save lives as fast as possible. They provide outstanding medical care at lightning speed every hour of every day, and fundraise to buy ambulances and equipment. They are truly a shining example of the Jewish community coming together to help everyone in the most fundamental of ways by giving the gift of life. Burning their ambulances in an attempt to put them out of action is a truly repulsive act of antisemitic hatred in a Britain where Jews now have to keep everything from schools to synagogues under constant guard. Our society has become infested with the sickness of antisemitism. In this case it is not only about catching the perpetrators and restoring the ambulances, but about politicians accepting that by tolerating everything from hate marches to hate preachers, they have created this sickening mess, and time has run out for them to act. The law must change, fast, but so must society. The people spewing obsessive conspiracy theories about Jews, Zionists and Israelis are not social justice warriors, they are hateful bigots who are feeding this madness and must be stood up to and told as much by ordinary decent people.

The Met never dared to tell the weekly Palestine hate marchers not to make any noise and to stay in their designated box. But this is not just two tier policing. It’s worse than that. The UK is treating the pro Ayatollah and anti Ayatollah protests as though they are two equal sides. But they aren’t. Iranian spies are being arrested in London. Iranian missiles are being fired at British bases and can reach the UK. The proponents of the Islamic Republic should be treated as enemies of the UK. Instead, through this false equivalence, British Iranians calling out for freedom for their people are being told to keep quiet. It’s not just shameful, but it’s a symbol of a rotten way of thinking that endangers Britain. It’s why our politicians rush to say that we are “not involved” in tackling the Islamic Republic and want to return to “negotiation” with the Ayatollah. Instead they should be rushing to defend this country and showing that spying on Britain and bombing British bases will result in a fearsome response. From police to politicians, this weakness has to end.
Metropolitan Police@metpoliceuk

To minimise disruption to others, conditions have been imposed on two protests on Sunday, 22 March. The Lion Guard of Iran will protest in Richmond Terrace, Whitehall. Any speeches or amplified music must stop at 16:30hrs and the protest must finish at 17:00hrs. Guard Javidan will gather at the Iranian Embassy, Princes Gate SW7. No one taking part is allowed to use amplified sound equipment for music or speech, or any other item to create noise, including musical instruments, sound emitting devices, or items struck or banged together. The event must conclude by 17:00hrs.

CAA has today applied for permission to bring a judicial review in respect of a decision by District Judge Michael Snow to stop CAA’s private prosecution of Reginald Hunter over a number of posts on X directed at Heidi Bachram that CAA alleges were grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.   The grounds for the judicial review are that the District Judge’s decision was irrational, procedurally incorrect, and contained other errors of law. If successful, the private prosecution would resume, and Mr Hunter would return to trial.   CAA’s motto is drawn from the biblical command: “Justice, justice you shall pursue”, and so we shall.   CAA is represented by public law specialists Sam Grodzinski KC and Tom Lowenthal of counsel, instructed by Asserson Solicitors. We will provide further updates in due course.

The Islamic Human Rights Commission has declared a freedom of expression crisis (no not the massacre of tens of thousands of Iranians) and you are needed to restore their faith in freedom of expression by going to their ‘Al Quds Day’ event and enveloping it in the full-throated glorious freedom of expression of as many right-minded Londoners as possible.

Great to hear that the late (late?) Ayatollah’s ‘Al Quds Day’ parade is being banned. Our calls are finally being heeded. But this is not nearly enough if it is true that Iranian sleeper cells have now been activated. Look at the facts. In the past two days: • In Canada ‘someone’ has shot at multiple synagogues and a US consulate • In Belgium ‘someone’ bombed a synagogue • In Norway ‘someone’ bombed the US embassy This hardly seems spontaneous. The US authorities have warned that they have intercepted signals intended to awaken Iranian sleeper cells. From the UK to Australia, the security services have been identifying Iran as the hand behind stabbings, arson attacks, and much more. If so, the UK has fallen far behind its allies by failing to proscribe Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). Instead, there has been the announcement this week that the British Government will have a careful think about tackling Iran-linked charities that have mourned the death of IRGC commanders. The IRGC must be banned as a matter of urgent national security. The Home Secretary has the power to do so immediately. Britain must not repeat the old error of doing too little, too late, only to have to face much graver danger due to its inaction. @ShabanaMahmood, ban the IRGC.

It’s been two days since the update to Ayatollah 3.0 and I can’t tell the difference. Same old bugs, no new features.

What are the links between the Islamic Centre of England in London and the recently departed Ayatollah? Why has the Centre been under investigation for years with no end in sight? Is the Centre being used by Iranian spies as Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee has suggested? Alleged Iranian agents have just been arrested in the UK, supposedly for targeting the Jewish community. We need answers and action from our Government, not years-long snail’s-pace investigations. — Some additional background reading for those interested in the Centre: • 2021 British Government statement that the Centre represents the late Ayatollah: questions-statements.parliament.uk/written-questi… • 2022 Charity Commission statement on the 2020 vigil for Major General Qasem Soleimani and its decision to open a statutory inquiry into the Centre: gov.uk/government/new… • 2023 Charity Commission statement on replacing the trustees of the Centre with an interim manager: gov.uk/government/new… • 2025 report of Parliament’s Intelligence and Security Committee on Iran, which devotes a whole section to the Centre: isc.independent.gov.uk/wp-content/upl…

The Britain where my great-grandparents and grandparents found refuge was a nation of heroic grit, that picked itself up off the floor time after time and fought until victory. Can Britain do it again, and break free of the grip of cowards and extremists?

This is our Secretary of State for Defence telling Sky News that when Iran tried to flatten whole residential neighbourhoods in Israel and devastated a hospital and apartment buildings, they were launching “proportionate” attacks against “only military installations”. There was a time when Britain was respected around the world as a serious country with a moral compass.

London is a week away from marking Mother’s Day by hosting the late Ayatollah’s Ramadan centrepiece: the ‘Al Quds Day’ parade, starting from the Home Office, the seat of national security, border control and counterterrorism.‘Al Quds Day’, permitted by successive governments for decades, must finally be stopped. Iran is bombing British bases and our police have made numerous arrests of alleged spies and terrorists serving Iran, including today. People are sick and tired of Britain being made to look like this ideologically lost country that ends up humiliated time after time. And we want something done about it, Prime Minister. Action, not another lectern-gripping press conference. Find some backbone, for pity’s sake.

In the end, Israel localised the intifada. They returned it to sender. They will denounce Israel for killing Khamenei, but the radicalised children of the West are better off for Israel’s actions today, even if they don’t yet realise it.

Imagine being one of the ‘Globalise the Intifada’ crowd right now: Trump and Netanyahu have sent jets to bomb the Islamic Republic and, all over the world, including in Iran, Iranians are out on the streets saying thank you. And the intifada lovers have to say that they know better, that those Iranians are wrong. Meanwhile, the Ayatollah, fresh from murdering tens of thousands of his own citizens, is trying to blow up civilian targets across the Arab world with suicide drones, and the ‘Free Palestine’ lot have to come up with reasons not to condemn it. Their ideology really, really sucks. Eventually, reality catches up. Look at your Instagram feed right now. Look at their posts here on X. Look at what they’re silent on, and what they say when they do speak. If they sound a lot like they’re parroting the propaganda of brutal Islamist madmen, repackaged in the language of social justice, that’s because they are. These people are showing you that they're the repulsive, head-banging, extremist cranks you always thought they were, and as the Middle East changes, they will be increasingly naked, and the more you see, the more they will disgust you.
