A man stepped out for a short break and tried to lean against a balcony railing while having a drink.
But there was no railing behind him. He lost balance and fell.
Sadly, he died on the spot.
Why was there no protective railing?

Just had a parcel from @amazon and the guy who delivered it asked to come in and charge his phone. For safety as a lone woman there’s absolutely no way I could have said yes to this. I’m scared of even walking around the corner nowadays let alone letting a strange man in my house
