Just this January, UN Secretary-General António Guterres sent his formal greetings to the Iranian Islamic regime on its national day to celebrate the Islamic revolution.
Never mind that, in that very same month, the regime was busy murdering over 30,000 of its own citizens, raping women who dared to protest before executing them, destroying its economy in the name of Islamic ideology, using proxies all over the Middle East and beyond to create havoc and terror, and turning a once-prosperous country into a cautionary tale of repression and decline.
Apparently, for Guterres, these atrocities are just background noise, what really matters is maintaining protocol and sending warmest greetings to one of the world’s most brutal regimes.
Now he is visiting Lebanon, that was completely destroyed by Iran's proxy, Hezbollah and calls... Israel (?!) to stop the war Hezbollah started.
What a pawn for Islamic terror.
