Hava Nagila! Jews and Iranians dance to the classic Jewish folk song in front of all the terrorists at the US consulate. Al Quds Jihadis not happy. @SalmanSima is.

This afternoon, I’ve instructed my Attorney General to pursue an injunction against the Al-Quds Day demonstration planned for Toronto. Hate, violence and intimidation have no place on the streets of Canada and our government will fight it however we can.

Premier Doug Ford, asked about protection zones around places of worship says: We're going to look at that. Ford also says he’s asked the Sol Gen to look at crime cameras around places of worship and creating special prosecution teams for hate crime. #onpoli

Iranian exiles in London are singing the Israeli national anthem, Hatikvah. They’re thanking Israel for killing the dictator who has stopped them coming home.

Neil Sedaka, the prominent singer-songwriter whose string of hits in the 1960s and '70s included "Laughter in the Rain," "Breaking Up is Hard to Do" and "Calendar Girl," has died. He was 86. cbsn.ws/4l5JLji

The Hidden Hand - out tomorrow - in ebook form, to start. Hardcover comes a few weeks thereafter. Here: amzn.to/4s9oDuL It's more than two years in the making, and this is the story it tells: "October 7th, 2023 was a truly horrific day—a day in which Israeli men, women, and children were slaughtered or kidnapped, in the most barbaric fashion possible by the Iran-backed, Gaza-based terrorist group Hamas. The attack set off a bloody war, with profound consequences for both Israelis and Palestinians. That much is well known. Less known is the propaganda campaign—the narrative war—that also began on that day. Like Hamas’ war on Israel, the narrative war had been in the works for a long time. It took, and continutes to take, planning, organization, and lots of money. Paid protestors. Professional organizers. Top-notch lobby efforts. NGOs, unions, and associations working together like a well-oiled machine. And, of course, messages designed to capture the support of legislators, voters, and the media." The propaganda war against Jews, the Jewish state and the West has been deeply evil and malevolent - but very, very effective. Online and in the streets, this anti-Israel, antisemitic, pro-Palestine, pro-Hamas campaign has captured the support of millions of mainly-young people - and helped to isolate and delegitmize Israel. I'll be doing lots of media for The Hidden Hand, and our related documentary, The Campaign (here: campaigndoc.com), in the coming weeks. I hope to meet many people - and I anticipate a lot of protests and controversy. In the meantime, I hope you can pick it up and read it. And I hope to meet you soon, to talk about it.

Today, I announced that I have made the decision to retire as Chief of York Regional Police, effective June 26, 2026. It has been the greatest honour of my career to lead the dedicated members of York Regional Police, who put the professionalism, compassion and commitment to public safety into action every day. I would like to thank the Police Service Board, our members, our partners and our communities for the trust and confidence you have placed in me over the past six years, and for my entire career. Being privileged to work alongside and lead thousands of exceptional people, I am retiring with immense gratitude and pride. But I am still looking forward, and my commitment over the coming months is simple: Supporting a disciplined and seamless transition, so the organization’s focus stays exactly where it belongs—on building and protecting safer communities well into the future.
