@GingeTheSouless In DD Season 2 is the best and most stable version of the Punisher in this new era, even despite some copying mechanisms. He's in control. I would argue about being tactical, the carousel scene wasn't anything tactical.

"Jon Bernthal is the best Punisher" I will say why he isn't up until now: - He's psychologically unstable; -He never truly wanted to be the Punisher, he always returns to his civilian life; -Jon B self inserts a lot of the same characteristics in his characters (Shane) 1/2

This season is one of the ABSOLUTE best things Marvel has ever done. The idea of Purple Man being the embodiment of woman abuse and narcissistic, dominant and abusive masculinity is insanely good. This is the most explicit the MCU has ever gone to its message. Season 1: 10/10.
