Does anyone know how to recover a deleted word document on an I-Pad? I lost a pb draft that I loved and I’m so sad. I looked all over the internet for help and I’ve literally tried everything. I know it’s different from how you recover lost documents on a pc.

@kidlitjenny I have been teaching it for four years. The magic lies in moving everything, without weight-bearing stress on your spine or joints. It reduces so much of the pain. Ideally in a warm pool, in a “deep water” class. That means a float belt around your waist and just enough water…

My husband was recently diagnosed with osteoarthritis, and the pain and stiffness is very debilitating for him. Anyone have any treatment suggestion? So far he uses creams, prednisone, pain meds, heat, ice, water, and red light therapy. Thanks!

@EM_RESUS A friend, kicked in the head by a horse, took himself in for stitches bc the blood everywhere was annoying. He told me the Dr. refuse to close the wound until he got an xray. He argued that that wasn’t necessary. The Dr said “I can see your skull, and I can see it is fractured.”

When an ER patient says “my wife made me come in”, something is really fucking wrong until proven otherwise. Trust me on this one.

11 hour hospital shift. 🏥 I’ve hidden parts of myself for years. I did it to survive. But I hid so deeply that some of the it became self-hate. Turning away from my heritage, lineage, language, story. This hiding is not harmless. It becomes radioactive. Then 8 years ago ➡️

Compared to kids in the 1980s. Kids today have: - ⬇️ Flexibility - ⬇️ Muscle Strength - ⬆️ Waist Circumference - ⬆️ BMI All of these factors are associated with an ⬆️ risk of an earlier death. All of the factors can be modified.

@PlainFilm @radRounds After posting that, I played with some magnets, and they certainly DO strand.

@GiniFischer @radRounds In short, nope. Usually they don't. I've seen WAY TOO MANY of these cases and they rarely cluster. I've seen double width strands but it's usually a single row. It ALWAYS an emergency and unfortunately causes horrible complications.

I am glad to see a young woman seeing a red flag for exactly what it is and doing the right thing. I am sad her parents are trying to urge her to betray herself. I am delighted she is this wise.
