Just sharing on my birthday, I applied for a master’s in counseling program and I got accepted. 😊🙌 It was a long shot as I’ve been a chaplain for 11 years but thankfully I was accepted three hours after the interview. My hope is to be both a chaplain and a therapist. 🫶🔥

@SomethingLatin I haven’t been to school in almost twenty years and my main experience was in chaplaincy, and from my understanding they prefer psych students for the program (I did get my BA in psych but that’s two decades ago). But apparently the interview went well. :)

probably an insignificant brag since AI is almost the norm now and I’m just one tiny author so maybe it doesn’t matter. Just wanted to share as it feels important to me that my writing and my story is my own. (Anyone else? ✍️)

I just finished writing my third book and I’m proud and happy to say that not a single word of the book was generated by AI. Neither were my other books. I also disabled AI search on my browser so I had to dig into the results any time I searched through them. This is

One of my family members used ChatGPT to plan our trip to Korea. I mentioned AI tends to hallucinate. Turns out the AI-generated route had about 80% wrong info. It quoted AI pages which were also wrong. So I re-did the itinerary by looking up each place like a person would.
