Harassing decision-makers for a living


recent hacks that have helped my productivity: 1. back on l-theanine. stopped for some reason, idk why… caffeine + l-theanine used to be my go-to, and now i remember why. gives me this smooth, quiet, calm focus. 2. brown noise while i work. 3. upgraded my setup to make work more fun. 4. going outside first thing after waking up, even if it’s just for 3 minutes. 5. catching all my negative thoughts (been having a lot) and turning them into positive ones. 6. “just be better than yesterday" mentality. no more perfection <> destruction cycles. 7. not eating until i’m done working (been doing this for a while).
