Just found out I had a stroke 😳 I'm in shock. Prognosis is scary. I've been thinking, if I only have limited time left, what do I want to do? I just want to be with my kids. Travel with them. Before the next one happens or the dementia gets worse

What would you do if you found out you have limited time left to live? I want to be with my kids. I want to go to concerts and the theatre. And I want to see Europe. It would be cool if I could combine all 3 at once! Anyway, what would you do?

@LeOtte3000 I've been having memory issues and stuff. They did a CT and it showed up, most likely from when I had to go to hospital in an ambulance due to heart failure. They didn't think to check my head then. But ever since I've been struggling with short-term memory constantly

He doesn't have a fear of flying, but of leaving his mum back home. They have promised video calls etc, but he just can't bring himself to go. They have tried meditations, sedatives, reminding him of all the cool places they'll go... but his anxiety won't quit. Any ideas???

So when they missed that flight they rescheduled for today - he got as far as the airport before breaking down. Tomorrow is their last chance for him to do it, to get on the plane
