@soequality please check for cockroach infestation in the food court. It’s very severe and serious. I was there on 5th March, 2026 and saw many cockroaches on the platform where they serve food, on the wall in hand washing area and on the food court floor.

@IndiGo6E I haven’t received refund confirmation for the seat charges paid by me despite holding 6E-Prime coupon and acknowledgement by your staff that I will get the refund for INR1100.

Just now customer care informs me to pay the charges and check-in and they will listen to the call records and refund the money charged to me even after the journey since the travel date is today.

@IndiGo6E why are you charging me for standard seats when I have used my 6E-Prime coupon while booking ticket. Called your customer care 4 times since yesterday but the are not able to resolve

Is this how you want to make CSMIA international travel hub? People (read foreigners) were swearing never to use Mumbai as transit.

@CSMIA_Official No improvement despite assurance, even after 30 minutes of assurance. Took more than an hour to clear the security and needed to rush to the gate to board. Why can’t you foresee expected rush at transfer gates and man accordingly. Only 2 of 4 x-ray machines on work.

@airtelindia My last month bill includes 48 IR sms totally INR1200 which I never sent nor do I recognize any of the numbers. Numbers not found in my sms list. Called customer care many times but no resolution, this is wrong charges @ndtv @TOIIndiaNews

@AirIndiaX I purchased a ticket IDR-SHJ on app and paid using credit card. Tkt was issued. Today I got msg that there is a due amount INR2060. How come? Do you accept part pmnt? Issue tkt w/out full payment? Tried connecting call center but rep not able to resolve.

Spoke to 3 of your call center execs. Everytime line got disconnected waiting for supervisor to resolve. No help at all. Not able to web check-in due to this. @AirIndiaX
