@soequality please check for cockroach infestation in the food court. It’s very severe and serious. I was there on 5th March, 2026 and saw many cockroaches on the platform where they serve food, on the wall in hand washing area and on the food court floor.

Just now customer care informs me to pay the charges and check-in and they will listen to the call records and refund the money charged to me even after the journey since the travel date is today.

@CSMIA_Official No improvement despite assurance, even after 30 minutes of assurance. Took more than an hour to clear the security and needed to rush to the gate to board. Why can’t you foresee expected rush at transfer gates and man accordingly. Only 2 of 4 x-ray machines on work.
