When I tried to explain the 1st man kept his head down and pretended not to hear so I looked like I was causing trouble when I was honestly trying to accommodate. 😅 And the 2nd man didn’t feel like he needed to talk to the guy who took my seat, he just told me to move.

Yes, that’s what happened, the man told me to move to another seat after I asked which one did he book (I tried my best to accommodated a swap basically). But he must have been lying because someone new turned up and said I’d taken HIS seat.
