10:56:41 PM - Female calls in asking a few questions about the process of a protective order.
11:14:43 PM - Apts a 83rd & 123rd E Ave. Female called Owasso 911 crying, domestic situation, then a loud bang. Juvenile boy left the house and went next door.
11:16:01 PM - Next door neighbor reports the juvenile boy from next door was banging on their door but they wouldn’t open the door.
11:16:46 PM - OPD has been dealing with that suicidal male for a few weeks after he was caught kissing a 14-year-old girl that he'd been coaching.
11:17:20 PM - Juvenile boy just reported that a man just shot his mother with a pistol.
11:18:13 PM - Now the neighbor let the juvenile boy in to their house.
11:19:36 PM - A male was talking to the female of the house when she said that her ex-husband was breaking in.
11:21:27 PM - Having medics stage at the school.
Scrambling to find contact info on the suspect.
Where is the suspect?
Do we need to canvass the service area?
Getting less lethal.
11:23:42 PM - OPD is on scene. Making announcements. No answer.
11:24:19 PM - Back door glass was open. Entering.
11:25:41 PM - 1 victim found inside the glass. Checking the back yard. Start medics. 2nd victim found. Start working on the detectives.
11:29:39 PM - Can we get an update on the juvenile daughter for witness info?
11:32:18 PM - Running a dark blue/black truck with an Oklahoma firefighter plate located at the entrance to a park near 131st E Ave & 121st Pl N. That officer is with the juvenile caller.
11:32:52 PM – She’s DRT.
Checking for animals at the house. Found a dog.
11:49:30 PM - Running another plate. I have that info but I don't know how that person is involved.
11:57:17 PM - DHS just got involved.

12:03:09 AM - Taking the juvenile back to the jail.
12:04:07 AM - Sitting on the suspects truck and locking it down as a crime scene.
12:32:20 AM - Towing the truck.
💥The suspect is supposedly tribal, the tribal police were supposedly building a case and the charges were supposedly making their way through their court system. Be mindful that this has been brewing for a while and the murder victim even released some of the details online. Others are also attaching themselves to this shit storm as if to somehow claim their 15-minutes of fame.
💥I have more pertinent, detailed info but it seems kind of pointless now and only the toxic people will be seeking it out.
💥The media knows a LOT more than what they are telling you. If you can't tell why, then you clearly overlooked all of the clues I gave you.
Do the right thing and pray for the surviving family, especially that boy.

AUTO THEFT THWARTED - RTIC quickly tracks car thief down for Officers On July 22, 2026, around 3:15 p.m., Tulsa Police Officers responded to the Home Depot at 901 S. Elgin for a stolen car. The victim said he parked outside the store and went inside to shop. When he came out about 25 minutes later, his purple Nissan Rogue was gone. Our Real Time Information Center (RTIC) immediately got to work on tracking down the victim’s car, using Automated License Plate Readers (ALPR) to start tracking the suspect. RTIC directed Officers to the stolen Nissan heading north on 33rd West Ave. near 51st. Officers lit up their lights and sirens, prompting the suspect to pull into a bank parking lot. Officers surrounded the suspect, 30-year-old Jason Southard, and took him into custody. Southard tried to give the victim’s vehicle a quick makeover, prying off the Nissan emblem and spray-painting the Nissan lettering on the trunk. The victim also said about $1,000 in tools and equipment were missing from the vehicle. Southard told Officers he thought if he had a car, he might be able to find work. He was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County Jail for: - Larceny of an Automobile - Third-Degree Burglary - Malicious Injury to Property This is an arrest, not a conviction.

Getting an Protective Order against someone only works on the compliant defendant.
I've tried to give any free self-defense and martial arts lessons but those efforts have sadly fallen on deaf ears. I don't think anything external can really wake a person up. Each person has to wake their self up from within.

@WinningintheUSA I am telling you, Franklin is not the person Oklahoma needs as State Supt. Believe a person when they show you who they are. Franklin has shown Sand Springs who he is for decades; and it’s not positive.
